On the week of the 23rd to the 26th of November 2015, a forum for the (Acting) CEOs of the Proto (CMAs) and an institutional workshop for the Department for Water and Sanitation were held. The forum (23 – 24 November) served as an opportunity for the (Acting) CEO of the Proto (CMAs) to finalise the strategic direction of the forum while the institutional workshop (26 November) provided an opportunity for the Department of Water and Sanitation to provide feedback on the key outcomes and issues to consider on the restructuring of Water User Associations and Irrigation Boards. Both events were sponsored by the Kingfisher Programme – the water component of LGCP.
