CMRA conducted an LED maturity assessment and business perception survey across 12 to 14 municipalities in KwaZulu-Natal. The project trained a team of LED assessors, administered a contextual self-assessment questionnaire and maturity assessment tool, conducted a business enabling environment survey with formal and informal businesses, and delivered benchmark meetings and reports to improve local economic development in participating municipalities.
