CMRA managed and implemented a business climate benchmarking project across 16 to 18 South African municipalities hosting Dutch companies. The project facilitated three peer-to-peer learning sessions on ease of doing business and red tape reduction, convened a business trade fair in partnership with SANEC, and produced a Business Climate Benchmark Report — approved by the Dutch Embassy — with good practices for improving the local investment environment.
