CMRA conducted a scoping assessment of the business landscape in the City of Mbombela and Enoch Mgijima Local Municipalities. The project profiled local business types, activities, and needs; developed good practice case studies on private sector-municipality interaction; and facilitated stakeholder workshops that resulted in commitments from both municipalities and businesses to meaningfully engage for improved local economic development.
