CMRA provided technical support for the development of the Municipal Barometer — an online portal providing accessible, up-to-date local government data for officials, policy makers, and citizens. CMRA conducted a national marketing campaign and facilitated policy dialogues between citizens and local government to improve accountability, responsiveness, and transparency at the municipal level.
