CMRA delivered project implementation services to establish effective HIV/AIDS-responsive local government across seven municipalities in the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, North West, and Limpopo. The project set up Interdepartmental Forums on HIV/AIDS, established Local AIDS Councils, and developed six pilot service delivery activities and best practices for dissemination to all South African municipalities.
