CMRA served as the Programme Coordination Unit for a five-component, four-year LED intervention in iLembe District funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs. CMRA coordinated activity sequencing across programme components, managed service providers, acted as secretariat for the Programme Steering Committee, and prepared consolidated work plans, budgets, and performance reports — contributing to improved economic activity, job creation, and urban development in the district.
