CMRA facilitated three peer-to-peer learning sessions among LGCP municipalities to share knowledge and guidelines on institutionalising cooperation between municipalities and mining companies. The sessions produced a step-by-step guideline for municipalities on developing institutional structures and processes for effective mining engagement, planning, implementation, and monitoring of joint projects.
