CMRA coordinated all South African arrangements for a study tour by Palestinian municipal officials and stakeholders as part of the IDEAL Palestine LED capacity building programme. Services included formulating the study tour programme, drafting and managing a project plan, liaising with South African host stakeholders, and providing expert advisory on LED visits relevant to the study tour goals.
