CMRA organised and facilitated a peer benchmarking process among five municipalities across the Eastern Cape, Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, and Limpopo. The project enabled municipalities to self-assess their public participation practices, compare performance, learn from peers, and develop improvement plans — ultimately strengthening the quality of community engagement in local government.
