CMRA organised and facilitated a social housing benchmarking process among seventeen municipalities across South Africa — five metropolitan and twelve local municipalities. The process provided municipalities with performance insights, identified good practices in housing delivery, and produced recommendations that were shared nationally to improve service delivery in social and rental housing.
