CMRA was responsible for the design and implementation of a project to support the Zimbabwe Local Government Association (ZILGA) and its member municipalities in improving service delivery. CMRA conducted training on LED maturity assessment tools, facilitated peer assessments, supported the development of assessment reports, and documented and disseminated good practices across Zimbabwean municipalities.
