CMRA implemented the LED component of this five-year capacity building programme across 12 municipalities in South Africa on behalf of VNG International in cooperation with SALGA. Services included LED training, LED strategy reviews, red tape reduction workshops in Gauteng and the Western Cape, and peer-to-peer learning facilitation — resulting in five municipalities strengthening their LED frameworks by the end of 2014.
